With her great defenses, the powerful but friendly ghost Yuyuko can set up to turn her 106 base Special Attack deadly (pun intended). Quiver Dance boosts her Special Attack, Special Defense and Speed and she gets great attacking coverage too. However, her weakness to Fire (especially in Sun if you're using her with Flower Gift in doubles or just for SolarBeam) and not that high Speed can let her down. Of course Yuyuko is the most useful if you can get around those downsides, for example by using her in a Rain team. Also, Cursed Body is a very useful ability if you get lucky.

Since Quiver Dance boosts your Special Defense anyway, 252 EVs are put into Defense and Special Attack, with rest in Speed. With each Quiver Dance, Yuyuko deals more damage, takes less damage, and heals more using Giga Drain. SFN / Shadow Ball is for secondary STAB and the Fighting attack of your choice hits the Steel types.

Instead of tanking, this set focuses on purely walling the foe. Cosmic Power can be used over Shadow Ball to make Yuyuko's great defenses even better. Morning Sun is Yuyuko's only healing option, so using her with Sun seems attractive, but that will make her Fire weakness even worse. Using her with Rain is very benificial: it gets rid of the Fire weakness, but it weakens Morning Sun. You can use Rest to get around the weather trouble.
Other Options
Petal Dance, Ice Beam, Counter, Reflect, Light Screen
Petal Dance is a great option if you want a solely offensive Yuyuko instead of a tank.
Ice Beam is another Special attack Yuyuko gets, and it's super effective on a lot of types.
Counter will easily surprise a Physical attacker coming in on your Quiver Dance boosts and hitting hard.
Reflect and Light Screen can be run if you want Yuyuko to set up Dual Screens for you.
Checks and Counters
Yuyuko is cheesecake to take down for Satan and also for anyone that comes in after Satan to abuse the sunlight. Any Steel type can counter the walling set, especially VIVIT-A because she walls Giga Drain with a x0.25 resistance resists Shadow Ball as well, and is a Fire type.
