    Rules:
    • No Weather unless it is rain

    • No using Chansey/Blissey

    • No Time Stalling

    • The Challenger can only use 1 Rain Pokemon

    • Also NO thunder and only 2 pokemon with thunder bolt

    If you will have to challenge me later and if you lose again you got to challenge me next week tongue
