I really think that Azumarill and Celebi should go OU while Aerodactyl should go UU, and Serperior should go BL. Azumarill is one of the best revenge killers in the game and Celebi has an amazing movepool, support and attackwise. Aerodactyl is only really useful as a suicide lead, and tbh isn't as good as it was in gen IV. Serperior gets walled by virtually anything grass resistant (Eg. Dragonite, Salamence, Lati@s, Heatran, etc.) and really can't do much when you have a good counter. Furthermore, Celebi can at least weaken it's counters with Thunder Wave, Leech Seed, Giga Drain, Leaf Storm etc, or could scout with U-Turn, whereas Serperior can't do anything.

Yeah, sadly I'll have to move that poor rockweak bird to Ubers, mostly due to Regeneration, I suppose ;.;

It has a big base 130 Attack, a decent base 106 HP AND a HUGE base 154 Special Defence stat. Oh, and a fairly nice 110 Special Attack stat. It will be unstoppable.

I belive Zoroark should become UU due to the fact all it has going for it is Illusion.
It's not at all fast for OU standards (Musketeers,Serperior,Genies,Lati@s and Infernape are all key mons that outspeed,plus Starmie and Raikou/any scarfers above Abomasnow)
and while it poses a threat after a Nasty Plot, the afterforementionsed speed problem exists.
If it chooses to scarf,it's not too powerful.
If it specses,speed problem.
If it uses LO,it dies to prio.
While in UU it's harder to counter,it isn't completely broken due to it being walled by a lot.
As I said,mindgames are it's best weapon and without complete use of it,it's terrible.
(Also: Blissey and Chansey wall it,Evioltite Tangela walls it,Registeel walls it.)

Ho-Oh is 4x Stealth Rock weak so he has rather bad bulk and uninmpressive attack for Uber standards.
However,it makes sun teams in OU retardedly OP and can survive multiple SR switches due to Regenerator.
