As mentioned in the OU thread, Celebi and Azumarill really should go OU, while Aerodactyl drops to UU due to lack of movepool, speed being it's only good stat. Now with all the strong walls like Ferrothorn, Dusclops, Glsicor etc, he doesn't stand a chance offensively.
Also can we bring Feraligatr to UU? It really has no place in BU, thanks to Encourage his Waterfall and Ice Punch get extremely strong, and disables the recoil from Life Orb. After a Dragon Dance he can 2HKO essentially everything in BU and UU, and he has the bulk to pull off at least one Dragon Dance, probably more.
Wynaut for NU, it has no reason to stay in UU if it is 2HKOd by loads and can't really do more than one thing before dying.

I second Feraligatr for UU. That thing is retardedly OP.
Vulpix for OU. UU seems to be the "sun tier" at the moment - You have Rotom-H,Victreebell and Charizard in it to name a few. Harvest Tropius can be utilized in many ways,but without sun it doesn't change that much. Don't get me started on the brokenness of Sunflora in sun =P

BL is fine, though, since getting Drought in UU would make Charizard, Lilligant et cetera pwn everything there.
